So I put an FX8120 95 W cpu on, flashed in the 2015-04-23 BIOS, then put back on the FX4350, reset the CMOS by shorting jumper JBAT1, after that it booted so I could go setup the frequency multiplier to 3.6 GHz normal cpu speed and 4.2 GHz turbo speed. After that it would reboot properly after a power cycle.
