It downloaded the 60+ mb update and installed till 99% at which point router switched off. It then never came back on and remained with the power light on the left shining for more than 20min.

Regards, Shadley. I have the same issue with the Huawei B315s update. After accepting the update prompt, the device went into 'reebooting' and then died.
